Delivery I Returns

Estimated delivery times according to our partners' standards and prices are as follows:

1/ Metropolitan France

- Free of charge for orders over €60 at a relay point or €4.90 (for orders under €60) : 3 to 4 working days once the order has been dispatched.

- €9.90 home delivery: 3 to 4 working days after the order has been dispatched.

- Taxes included.

2/ European Union (excluding metropolitan France and Switzerland)

- Between €5 and €12: 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on the country and delivery method selected.

- Free for orders over €60  at a relay point for Belgium and Luxembourg.

- Taxes included.

3/ International (outside the European Union)

- Between €15 and €40 : 4 to 10 working days depending on the country and delivery method selected once the order has been dispatched. Certain countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the order is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.

Please note that delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

As all our items are limited editions, we do not exchange them. Simply return your item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We do not carry out exchanges and invite you to place a new order on our site if you wish to change size or order another model.

Refunds will be made on the goods, excluding initial postage costs. Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

On receipt of the item(s) at our premises, we will refund you using the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal) within a maximum of 15 days (a notification email will be sent to you).

IMPORTANT: Extract from the General Terms and Conditions (Paragraph 9 - Right of withdrawal) :

If you notice any defects on the item ordered (stains, defects, or any other problem), please inform our customer service department immediately before carrying out any work whatsoever (washing, adding stain-removing products, rinsing, etc.).


If the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right not to refund the products concerned.

1 - PRINT THE RETURNS FORM :

A returns form is available by clicking on this link : Returns form.
It should be downloaded, printed, completed and inserted in the parcel containing your order.

2 - PREPARE THE PARCEL :

Replace the item(s) in their original packaging(s), then place them in a parcel.
Please enclose the completed returns form and the invoice for your order in the parcel.

3 - SHIP THE ITEM(S) :

Drop off your parcel at the nearest post office and send it to the following address (return costs are at your expense):

4 - REFUND :

Upon receipt of your parcel by our services, you will be reimbursed within 15 working days.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.
